WDI-WDO Inspections

Wood Destroying Insects or Wood Destroying Organisms-better known as termite inspections could be an integral part of the home buying, home inspection process.

WDIs have been known to cause tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to structures, both in residential homes and in commercial buildings. They have also made their presence known in every city in Ohio, they can show up anywhere.

Ohio is very strict when it comes to being able to perform WDI inspections, the person performing the inspection must  be licensed through the state and also must carry E&O (errors and omissions) insurance. My state license number is 125338.

Make sure the person performing your termite inspection is compliant with the state.
